SUBMISSION OF CANDIDATE TO THE CLIENT

All candidates are telephonically screened for skill suitability Candidates who are found suitable, are personally interviewed All candidates forwarded to a client are:

  • Reference checked (minimum of two references are obtained, where possible)
  • ID, ITC, criminal checks and qualifications are verified at client request


Wherever possible, a maximum of three short-listed candidates are forwarded per job vacancy, unless instructed otherwise by the client
All CV’s are comprehensive, itemising the candidate’s qualifications and full working history.

TURN AROUND TIMES

Temporary Staff

  • Initially the turnaround time for all temp assignments is within 24 hours, depending on the nature of assignment.


Permanent Staff

  • The recruitment and assessment will add up to two days.


Advert placement in Media

  • This differs according to each and every media used for specific advert. The deadlines are communicated to the Client once the project has been awarded.


Response Handling

  • The Client indicates the due/deadline for the projects. Each and every project is handled according to Clients requirement and professionalism – this to make sure that the Client receives Tailor made solutions.


Appointment of Candidates

  • The candidate is briefed about the Client's Terms and Conditions.
  • The relationship between the candidate, client and BusiN Consulting is mentioned.
  • BusiN Consulting Terms and Conditions are discussed.
  • Should the candidate agreed on the BusiN Consulting and Client's
    Terms and Conditions, a contract clearly stipulate the set conditions is signed by the candidate, if it is a temporary employment the candidate is placed under BusiN Consulting payroll.
